The Shaman of Content

My name is Francis Walsh and I want to tell you that if you ask me to come up with a great idea, I will. I will even promote it and bring it to life. The question is, can I work with you. Remember I said work, not find work and get paid, I said you will have to work with me to succeed. Make more money than you ever thought you could in under two years. Remember, you would be working so you need to make money. How much is up to how hard you’ll work.

I’m looking for something to motivate me to turn the key in the vehicle I created and really take off. From here on you will find out exactly how one writer got from here to there. The information will be what I am working on right now, getting paid is the objective.

Demand Studios is a great place to get some experience as a writer. It’s where I started actually getting paid for word by a leader in the field of content creation. Content is what I have been creating for the past twenty years. It wasn’t until recently that I added real words to my content and now the words sell and the content has to be good.

I’m in a writer’s enrichment program right now. Free training on how to become a better writer for people who are already paying you to be a writer. My first thought on the whole program was that I wanted to give back as much as I took. They are giving a lot, I should begin to give back with words.

The Sales Corner

My partner is making sales and sending me work. We are in the middle of a content creation project right now for 44,000 words. Shared Storage Networks specializing in Mac applications is giving me a whole new perspective on communications networks. I wonder if that was my career in another life. We’ll be able to wrap this one up soon and continue to look for new ways to get paid for words. We are writers after all and words pay the bills.

Social Networks like facebook and twitter and Linkedin and FriendFeed each have a placeholder for me; I made them, they better. More than placards in a seven lane highway where the break down lane is in the southbound lanes and your heading north, these social networks are glue holding a framework of effort together. I love my friends in virtually literal worlds and I hope they find something about my words to like. I want more of them.

This day was good. Webinar, edit, blog post and what not. The number of new friends I gained today? I dunno, probably about 25.. I hope if you’re reading this you will find out how much I appreciate your support.
