Nothing would make me happier than to have a great year this year. Anyone who really knows me can tell you that I'm nuts. They love me, but I think they would love me more if I did something that was normal and live up to the visions dancing in their heads, all representative of who I could be.
I can tell you though that I am me. Prior to posting this note I posted my status "Age: What time can't give you, actions can." I erupted that thought because after recounting one of my personal experiences, my friend eluded to how much they love me, but I need to grow up. "I'm going to turn 42 in a couple of weeks ya know."
"You cannot tell me and me make me believe you that my life is any better or worse off to yours no matter if you make a million dollars or you live under a bridge, I've been fortunate enough to have lived both lives already." "When I want to be real, I will tell you things you don't want to hear, and It's going to roll off my fingertips like there was no way I just typed that. "Now tell me that I should grow up because you think I should."
I'm aging fast and growing up slowly, but I have a choice. My wife will become a patron saint one day if anyone deserves it she does, but she could keep her opinions to herself a little more and help me get to where I'm going faster than I would without her help. "That's what is supposed to happen anyways." The Year of the Tiger begins on February 14th, 2010. It is a metal year represented by the color white. This is the year of the White Tiger Baby and I'm turning 42 15 days before it gets here. There is no better time to grow old than now, and now is the best time to grow up. "But I'll do it my way thank you very much."

Chapter Four
They sat still for a moment after she was gone in case the light should
return to blind them both as they walked toward the steps. Instead, the
light remained off and the two pulled themselves up from the table.
"Let's get out of here..." "I'm buying."
Paul
walked over to the pack sitting on the back steps and began deftly
opening the compartments on the side. It appeared to rick that each one
was tied tightly and then zipped. A plastic bag containing something
was pulled from a pocket, the bag opened, and something taken out. The
first bag contained his money. The second bag contained a bandanna, and
the third bag his watch. "It's 7:30, Meadowbrook will be open, good."
He
placed the watch back into the ziplock bag and then in the pack. Each
zipper was closed and then the ties that held them all sealed were
tied. Rick was only left looking over his brother's shoulder for a few
moments before the whole procedure was accomplished. When it was, Paul
stood up straight.
"Schultz." He reached forward and released
the dog from it's leash at the collar instead of taking the dog by its
leash. Schultz stood up and walked toward Rick, something that
immediately sent Rick walking backwards, away from the dog and toward
the height of the table top behind him.
Schultz didn't walk far though, he sat and then laid down on the ground behind his owner.
It
was hard for Rick not to fear a strange dog, especially an adult German
Shepperd. He had gotten himself bit by a dog like Schultz as he took a
short cut through town a few years earlier. During the attack, Rick had
stood frozen in place but it didn't stop the dog from biting him.
After, Rick stood there bleeding down his leg, his pants torn and
bloody. From then on he had a fear of strange dogs and didn't use that
short cut for a long time. Rick was going to have to internalize the
fear for as long as Schultz was free from its leash.
"As long as
I'm here you got nothing to worry about Ricky boy." "It's when I'm not
here that he gets himself into trouble." "I swear this dog doesn't like
anyone but me."
Paul had given Rick a way out of his fear without even having to know that Rick was scared of his new companion.
"I plan on being gone before you and Schultz even get to know each other so don't worry."
"Now let's get out of here."
Paul
led the three of them out from the backyard and into the night. The
store was a short distance from the house, and within a half an hour
they were sitting down by the water near Harris Brook. This had been
one of Paul's favorite drinking spots when he was younger. Rick had
been brought here to drink first by his brother Paul and he too would
visit the brook to get drunk. Sitting on the edge of a drainage pipe
that came down from the athletic field behind them, Rick was ready to
tell someone about what happened to him today. If it hadn't been for
his brother Paul coming into town at just the right time, he wouldn't
have told anyone.
"The judge in Palmer sent me to York St. today and I don't think I'm going to go."
Rick
took his first beer and drank it, completely. The carbon dioxide in the
brew caused such a great bubble in his stomach that as soon as he was
done it escaped him in a tremendous burp. Even Schultz had come back
from scouting around the water's edge after having heard the commotion.
"Aah..,
that was a good one." A smile broke his lips as both his mind and his
belly felt better at once. Even though he had been drinking to get
drunk since he was fifteen, Rick could still get drunk on a single
beer, depending on the circumstances. Tonight he was going to get
drunk, only it would take every beer in the town to get as drunk as he
wanted to get.
After Rick had made his announcement, drank his beer, and burped like a kid who drank too much soda, Paul was ready to talk.
They
drank the beer they had, they went and bought some more, and then drank
that to as Rick let Paul talk for the rest of the evening. That's what
Paul did the most of anyways. They sat for hours, talking and listening
to each others troubles and ambitions. After all the talk had been
talked, and all the beers had been drank, they continued to talk about
how they were going to get what they wanted most, even though they both
wanted something they could not have, or had no way of knowing how to
get. For once the two brothers shared something other than a singular
item that made them alike. Paul had the answer, he had done it before.
Getting out of town was easy for someone who didn't like where they
were from, even after coming back to it time and time again. Rick would
wake up with a hangover and a plan.
"At the arrival of the new year, I began working harder to include you into everything that is important to me." Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in AdvertisingThe above internet address connects you to an eighty one page .pdf document from the Federal Trade Commission describing the procedures that they went through to come up with a new guide for "Truth in Advertising", especially online.
Inside is the debate of a Federal Trade Commission inquiry into false advertising and the internet. The discussions that the Federal Trade Comission had with respondents who either complained about "The Guide" or offered their expertise in the debate are detailed on the pages of this FTC report. After reading the document, you will find that the debate takes away some of the freedoms that had been previously enjoyed by internet publishers, bloggers, writers, and advertisers. With the new, proposed changes, not only will the product maker be adversely treated for making unfounded claims about a product, but the publisher, the endorser, and the celebrity endorsement of the product could be busted for false advertising.
"Blogger, advertisers, writers, webmasters, HTML, CSS, programmers, coders, and anyone who has a hand in placing an ad or a recommendation about a product could find themselves paying far more than any benefits they garnished from the product maker for making the recommendation, ad post, or endorsement if the product proves unable to live up to the hype.
Inside "The FTC Guide", you will read what constitutes "Fair Advertising" and how the "average" person should be able to achieve any goal that is purported to be achievable by the product. The most noteworthy products that could be the first to go under the knife of these new regulations are in the weight-loss, and money-making industries. Highly advertised, these products could fall far short of their advertisements when the consumer purchases the product and attempts to achieve the same results as the endorsement. If they are unable, according to the ad, to get out of the product what the advertisement said, they would have a claim under these new guides for restitution and even punitive damages. "And forget about just going after the product maker, or the designer of the ad."
Every Publisher, blogger, product maker, celebrity, and product advertisement will come under this new umbrella of fair advertising.
"Read it." "Find out how it affects your business, new opportunities, or the way you speak online." "Don't get five years down the road to figure out there are rules out there that are being enforced, but not followed, by your team of online creators, website, or blog."

Poker is at war with its own definition. The U.S. government, led by George W.
